i'm 17 years old...i'm italian.
I read the article on the scalp exercise...it is very interesting.
I've been doing the exercises for 4-5 months...
now i can move the ears...but i have more difficult with the ear on
the right.
my program is:
15 minutes for the frontalis
15 minutes for the occipitals
15 minutes of alternating moviment of frontalis and occipitals
i pactice this program twice a day.
i'm doing well the exercise? can you tell me an exercise program
better than the mine?
how i can improve the moviment of my ear on the right?
in this 4-5 month i notice an improvement of the quality of the hair.

My advice is to not do the 15 minutes of exercise for the frontalis muscle. This might give you some horizontal lines in the forehead. The 15 minutes for the occipitalis muscle is OK. This muscle when it is toned-up and strong pulls up and back on the upper face, getting rid of lines that may form in the forehead. This muscle also keeps the eyebrows from drooping as you get older. Of course you're now 17 so you don't have to worry about getting older.
I think it is probable that both muscular slips of the occipitalis will get stronger as you do the exercise - look at the anatomical drawing - http://www.hairloss-reversible.com/my_approach.htm In other words, the contraction of the occipitalis muscles will become symmetrical enabling you to move both ears.

so i have a question:how I can maintain the frontal line of my hair without the exercise for frontalis muscle?only with the alternated movement frontalis/occipitalis them I can maintain the line frontal of my hair?
(in the exercise for the frontalis I raise simply the eyelash(sopra ciglia))
i fell a burn when i practice the exercises for the frontalis and for the occipitalis muscle.

mi ha stupito il fatto che non mi consiglia di fare i 15 minuti per i frontali altrimenti mi vengono le rughe sulla fronte[:O]
allora gli ho posto quella domanda...ora mi deve rispondere ancora..
