Foods found to be rich in polyamines included 1) wheat germ, 2) rice bran, 3) black rice, 4)Philippine mango, 5)green pepper, 6)Japanese pumpkin, 7)nuts, 8)fermented pickles, 9)pond smelt, 10)turban shell viscera, 11)whelk viscera, 12)salted salmon roe, 13)salted cod roe, 14)beef intestine (boiled) and 15)liver of eel, 16) beef, 17) pork and 18)chicken; and, as previously reported, 19) soybean, 20) fermented soybean (natto), 21)mushrooms (s veda in particolare http://www.zsf.jcu.cz/jab/7_2/kalac7_2.htm !!!) , 22)orange and 23)green tea leaf.
consumo regolarmente 2)3) 7) 22)23) ma vedrò di accludere qualcos'altro specie i funghi, la soia e i peperoni verdi freschi, che sembrano essere gli alimenti più ricchi (anche i piselli surgelati non scherzano).
