Il locoidon puoi acquistarlo senza ricetta puoi usarlo 2-3 volte a settimana ma se hai un effluvium altrimenti lascia perdere.
No andrea!! Anni fa gigli mi ordino gli antiandrogeni assieme c'era anche il minoxidil 2% da dare solo la sera poi dopo parecchi anni avevo sospeso tutto e cambiato piu' volte con minoxidil 5% e ultimamente usando lo spectral mi ero fatto preparare gli antiandrogeni senza minoxidil..
ok quindi adesso vuoi riprendere ad usare lo spectral uhp al 5% e usare gli antiandrogeni a parte?
Voglio una lozione unica che non puzzi facile da applicare e' per quello che ho preso il promox ma cavoli mi irrita troppo. lo spectral lo uso ancora perche' come detto non riesco ad usare il promox e non voglio restare moti giorni senza minoxidil, tra qualche giorno riprendo lentamente il promox a giorni alterni e vediamo come va se la situazone continua lo elimino per sempre.

Si si!! Ho fatto una ricerca pure io ed ho visto che non ci sono problemi ad usarlo a volte lo mettono dentro anche alle lozioni galeniche.
Ti chiedo se per esempio metto il promox alle 8 di sera poi a mezzanotte lavo i capeli e metto la crema cortisonoica credi possa andare bene? il promox in 4 ore viene assorbito tutto?

Si anche se al posto tuo avrei usato lo shampoo la mattina e dopo avrei messo la crema. Il promox si asciuga anche dopo 2 ore puoi lavare i capelli anche alle 10.00.La crema vedi io la usarei la mattina.
come e che il promox si puo lasciare solo due ore in testa??? sei sicuro andrea di cio che dici? i topici vano tenuti almeno 3/4 ore,meglio se di piu...personalmente tengo le lozioni 4/5 ore in testa poi mi lavo i capelli,anche se asciugano prima non vuol dire che sono completamente assorbite..
inoltre c'è stato uno studio condotto dal DR.Lee altro specialista il quale spiega che l'assorbimento del minoxidil è del 50% dopo 1 ora e che avrebbe bisogno di altre 3 ore per un assorbimento del 75%.
Il DR.Lee consiglia di aspettare 2 ore e poi si può fare lo shampoo.

Scusate vorrei chiedere a Klark perchè non può prendere in considerazione l'ipotesi di provare il Promox Lotion.
Pure io ho avuto problemi di irritazione in passato con altri minox ma con il P.L. sono assolutamente inesistenti.
Mi sembra di capire che il problema sia lo 0.1% di idrocortisone presente, ma avete chiesto il parere di qualche medico oppure avete letto di persone che hanno avuto problemi con il P.L.?

Ciao Klement prima che klark usasse il promox foam gli avevo consigliato di prendere il Promox lotion anche perchè il suo problema era il frontale ma poi si è convinto con il foam dato che il contenuto è da 150ml e dura di più.Credo che sia la tretinoina a creargli il fastidio malgrado utilizzi il folligen crema.
Promox lotion è la scelta migliore anche perchè oltre a dare una spinta in pià protegge da eventuali irritazioni.

Riciao!! Purtroppo si credo sia la tetrinoina o l'acido azelaico, optero' per il lotion ma adesso mi rompe spendere altri soldi 
, ora vedo se lavando i capelli dopo poche ore e dandomi un po' di idrocortisone acetato passa o si puo' fare senza lavare i capelli e dare lo stesso la crema cortisonica?

The Promox has been a complete and utter disaster for me.
Been using it since middle of October along my hairline.
My hairline is now totally f*****d.
I have been rubbing the cream in about 1 inch into my hairline and it has completely destroyed about 1 inch of my hairline. Its unbelieveably bad. The worst spot is in the front middle where it has completely obliterated a section of hair about 1 inch back and about 3/4 - 1 inch wide. It has revealed my hair transplants and, for the first time in my life, i have been forced to shave some of these off as it looked so obvious. I have had alot of people staring at my hairline this past few weeks when talking to them. Its been utterly soul destroying. I now try and avoid as many people as possible as a result. I wish i had never heard of this stuff.
Yes, shedding is supposed to be a good sign and yes, Dr Klein has already said not to worry cary on applying and it will come back, and more. Well, i'm sorry, but i just don't believe that anymore. I have been using minoxidil twice a day since May 06 and my hair has slowly receded in this time, but dramaticaly so in the time i have been using this stuff.
Its quite clear i am not a minoxidil responder but dare not stop applying in case i lose alot more minox. dependent hair. Although everything i have read says that Minox cannot cause hairloss, i am beginning to think its causing hair-loss for me.
I am now in a catch 22 situation. Do i stop and risk an even bigger minox shed (if thats possible?) or carry on and hope it grows back ?
The problem is that i have NEVER seen any lost frontal hair grow back and now believe this may have gone forever. I am in desperate need of yet more hair transplants and am totally fed up & depressed with all this now. How i would love to shave it all off but i can't due to massive strip scars. What a mess.
My biggest mistake was ever having a hair transplant in the first place 20 odd years ago. Once you start its hard to stop as you always need more work and are forever worried people will notice.
My advice to anyone considering their first transplant is NOT to. Just shave it off and get on with your life. If you absolutely MUST have a HT then do NOT go anywhere in Europe. Europe is rubbish. I have had around 6-7 small HT's now and all have been rubbish. Pay the extra money and go to America/Canada, especially Hasson & Wong & Shapiro for strip. I can't remember ever seeing a bad review from Hasson & Wong clients in all the time i have been on these boards. I would love to have gone here first and had a mega session. Yes, you will end up with a tiny pencil thin strip scar, but even if you didn't like that you could easily have it filled in with BHT. This s exactly what i would do if it were my first transplant. How i wish i was just beginning to lose my hair right now. With the internet and these excellent hairloss BB's its so much easier than 20 years ago. You guys might complain about your hairloss, but atleast you have some great options and surgeons around right now, with tons of before/after pics to look through and the ability to read everyones own personal transplant stories.
If i could go back in time i would just shave it all off and get on with my life. I have wasted over 20 years of my life stuck in the hair transplant mill because of my first plug transplants.
PS - If Dr Kleins promox study was so successful.....WHERE ARE THE PICS ?...there are just two sets of promox before/after photo's on his ensite.....SO WHERE ARE THE OTHERS ?? His study said he took close-up photographs. I know damned well if the results were good then i would make a point of showing the pics for the whole World to see. His usual reply is that the information is commercially confidential. COMPLETE BULL**** !

And don't fob us off with all that commercialise sensitive crap. If you REALLY had such good results then its obvious to anyone that you wopuld want to show them off to the World.

Da quello che ho potuto leggere il Promox è stato un disastro completo per questa persona,certamente su alcuni uomini che hanno usato il promox durante lo studio e hanno ottenuto ricrescita sono state fatte fotografie,ma come diceva questo utilizzatore non ci sono altre testimonianze fotografiche.Rimane un mistero se i risultati sono stati solo su 3 persone o su un numero maggiore,
