Scusate se é gia stato detto e mi é sfuggito, la vitamina d va sempre presa con la k?
il mio medico non mi ha mai segnalato questa cosa ma in rete si trovano indicazioni in tal senso
Well, that's a pretty vague question - but yes, if you take vitamin D3, you MUST take vitamin K2 with it. D3 soaks up calcium, but doesn't put it in the right places always, so a lot goes into arteries instead of bones. K2 is a traffic cop vitamin which is only recently come into the medical community. Here's a book on it: http://www.amazon.com/Vitamin-K2-Calcium-Paradox-Little-Known/dp/0062320041. My wife and I take 5,000 IU of D3 daily, and 400mg of vitamin K2. If you're confused about the K vitamins - vitamin K1 is the blood-clotting side, K2 is the calcium-directing side. I would never take D3 without K2. Hope that helps? see less
