Just FYI, from my latest inquiry to Histogen:
Dear Jim,
Thank you for your interest and message. Please excuse the delay in my response, we are working through a large number of inquiries. Although we cannot disclose clinical trial details at this time, HSC continues to progress, and we expect to have updates to share before the end of the year.
The current estimated timeframe for market introduction of HSC continues to be 2015/2016, based upon the timelines for clinical trials and regulatory approval. There is a possibility of earlier introduction in some Pan-Asian countries. Again, these are only best estimates, and more accurate timelines will be formulated as the clinical trials progress.

sono le solite date...sempre state queste. Idem l'introduzione nei paesi asiatici prima che è comunque in forse...

a parte gli scherzi le date sono sempre quelle, non sono cambiate. Se esce in asia prima qualcuno prenderà l'aereo 
A mio modestissimo parere Histogen non può permettersi di uscire nel 2015-16 dopo Aderans o Replicel. Io non me ne intendo ma non la vedo una scelta azzeccatissima dal punto di vista commerciale. Aderans presenta almeno sulla carta delle potenzialità ben maggiori e lo stesso potrebbe dirsi per replicel. Quindi, siccome non stiamo parlando degli ultimi arrivati, vedo più probabile un'uscita anticipata rispetto alle altre due aziende. oppure potrebbe anche essere che dal punto di vista economico e procedurale Histogen sia vantaggiosa rispetto alle altre a tal punto da non temere un'eventuale competizione(ma sono ancora tutte valutazioni premature). E' anche vero che sulla carta i due trattamenti possono benissimo essere complementari: disponibilità di soldi permettendo, vedrei più sensato ricorrere ad histogen in un primo momento e poi eventualmente completare l'opera con Aderans. Ovviamente non sappiamo neanche se queste aziende manterranno i loro propositi o se invece si riveleranno le solite chimere. Vorrei essere ottimista, sperando che almeno una di queste tre possa farcela.
