ieri è uscito il Critical Care Medicin, ho letto l'editoriale scritto da un ricercatore italiano, riporto qui la conclusione:
Although many animal data are available, only a few clinical studies have been performed (14, 15). On this bases, the Resveratrol 2010 Conference concluded that “the published evidence is not suf- ficiently strong to justify a recommenda- tion for the administration of resveratrol to humans, beyond the dose which can be obtained from dietary sources. On the other hand, animal data are promising in prevention of various cancer types, coronary heart diseases and diabetes which strongly indicate the need for human clinical trials” (14).
In conclusion, since red wine contains only 1.5–3mg/L of resveratrol, besides being pleasant, a glass a day may be not dangerous and probably is healthy for the heart, even shortly after an acute ischemic event. So, cheers to good health!
