A me il GOL ha girato il PDF del Greyverse, i test (su 15 persone con canizie precoce) sono stati fatti con il 2% e con un siero (HAIResistible Serum) che contiene anche altri principi attivi tra cui due loro Capixyl 2% e Defenscalp 1,5% a base di epilobio.

Protocol
- 15 men volunteers with dark hair suffering from early canities (18-35 years old, white hair > 20%).
- Application 1X/D at night of 3 mL of a lotion containing 2% Greyverse™ for 3 months on the total
surface of the scalp by gently massage.
- Analysis of gene expression and related protein synthesis in plucked hairs (MC1-R, MITF).
- Evaluation of the overall hair pigmentation by chromametry (L* parameter).
Modulation of greying genes
Several genes are involved in the hair greying process.
The evaluation of gene expression and related protein
synthesis directly in plucked hairs is an innovative way
to demonstrate the product efficacy:
- The increase in MC1-R is correlated to a higher
number of receptors responsible for the induction of
the melanogenesis and reduction in oxidative stress.
- The increase in MITF (Melanogenesis Associated
Transcription Factor) stimulates the melanin synthesis.
The in vivo modulation of some key genes involved
in hair greying comfirms the efficiency of reversing
the process.

The measurement of luminescence (L*) in the L*a*b*
colorimetric system enables the evaluation of the
whiteness of hair.

The observation of the top of head clearly shows a
lower quantity of grey hair after 3 months of treatment.

quando scriverete impressioni se possibile date qualche indicazione di età e da quanto avete capelli bianchi
