Al suddetto sito ho acquistato dello spironolattone in crema, e dopo 2 gg dall'acquisto mi è arrivato il suddetto messaggio:

with no credit card slip enclosed in the shipping box. This method
of shipping allows you to voluntarily pay taxes if there are any.

Please NOTE: It is now our standard practice to Register all
shipments to Italy.
Registration adds $7.25 to the regular shipping fee. It is
well worth the additional expenditure, as Registered shipments
must be signed for by postal officials on both the sending and
receiving sides. This greatly reduces the possibility of postal
theft or postal incompetence.
You do not to have to do anything. We will register all of your
packages to Italy automatically. We take care of this for you.
You just need to know that you will be getting billed an
additional $7.25, and that shipments to Italy leave Los Angeles
the same day we receive them, but for unknown reasons, often
take a long time to arrive at your residence or post office..... we
have even heard of cases where the Italian postal system has
gotten so far behind in delivering mail, they have simply
thrown it all away in an effort to catch up with current mail.
In essence, the Italian postal system is not terribly efficient.
