io prendo 1 mg di finasteride a giorni alterni o 3 volte a settimana. Risultati identici. Saluti.

Secondo questo medico (dr. Robert M. Bernstein) non è necessario che fina o duta vengano assunte ogni giorno.
Dice che anche se l'emivita della fina nel sangue è circa 6 ore, nei tessuti si ritiene che sia di circa 2 giorni, quindi dosaggi di 2mg a giorni alterni dovrebbero essere efficaci come 1mg al giorno.
Dice anche che una dose media giornaliera inferiore a 1mg sembra che non sia efficace.
Quindi 1mg a giorni alterni o 0,5mg ogni giorno, secondo questo medico, non sono efficaci.
