need to help of my fellow italian balding brah: where to buy aloplus minoxidil?

Hi , guys, i need the help of the italian .
I am french and i have noticed recently that in italia there is a special vehicle called aloplus which seems great. I have been on minoxidil for years and i am now allergic to it ( tried the foam / glycerin etc).
COuld you tell me the name of a farmacy selling this product plz?

i tried to contact farmacia paratti but they never respond to my mail.
I tried trichosol but i don't support the smell. man that is a shame because the vehicle is great in terms of irritation but the smell is horrible. And i find transcutol to be irritating.
I also have the option to take oral min at 1.25 mg but this fkcing scared me.
I will try to call an italian farmacy but i don't speak italian( only french / spanish and english)
