Non lo so, io ho tradotto fedelmente l'abstract dello studio che mi è parso abbastanza interessante, ma ci sarebbe bisogno dello studio intero per chiarire i dubbi. In particolare non si capisce quel range 0,2 mg-100 mg se sia un errore per quei 100 mg, visto che prima si parla di 0,2mg-1mg (essendo un modello farmacodinamico/cinetico, non c'è bisogno di somministrare realmente 100 mg, ma si potrbbe trattare di una stima per capire a che dosi l'enzima di Tipo I si satura del tutto usando fina).
Se ci fosse appunto un errore in questo range si potebbe ipotizzare quanto hai detto tu.

Il repeated administration non è il tenere duro, è la differenza tra 1 (sola) somministrazione e i suoi effetti e 17 gg di somministrazioni ripetute; mentre alla prima somministrazione non c'è completa saturazione, con le successive c'è completa saturazione o comunque identica a quella della somministrazione di dosi più alte (sempre per 17 gg).

chissa' il dr. gigli ( o giglio come lo chiamano alcuni nuovi arrivati haaaaaaaaaaaaaaaahaha) cosa ne pensa...
una cosa sono i valori ematici come gia' detto altere vcolte un altra i risultati clinici comunque copndivido che ancher a dosi inferiori a 1 mg il faernmaco e' effiocace
