Semplicemente ti dicono che non e' colpa loro se il pacco e' stato fermato e che non ti possono rispedire il pacco,perche' loro hanno gia' pagato una spedizione.
Se il pacco viene rinviato al mittente ed arriva(alcune volte non ritorna),ti possono risarcire..
