salve a tutti
ho iniziato ad assumere resveratolo come antiossidante,
nello specifico questo:
http://www.puritan.com/resveratrol-053/resveratrol-50-mg-017720#tab-2
vorrei sapere dagl utenti piu esperti se gli altri ingredeienti non possano essere controindicati,in particolare mi insospettiva l'olio di semi di soia e lecitina di soia
ecco la lista:
Other Ingredients: Gelatin, Soybean Oil, Vegetable Glycerin. Contains <2% of: Natural Caramel Color, Silica, Soy Lecithin, Titanium Dioxide Color, Yellow Beeswax.

Very disappointing; this product contains soybean oil as their first other ingredient and it also contains soy lecithin. The bottle came in today and I'd send it back if they send me a mailer otherwise it's going down the drain. With all the bad press about soybean oil and soy lecithin, I'm surprised they haven't gotten with the program and switched to olive oil or Vitamin E. Seems to me, it counters any benefit one might receive from an anti-oxidant when it's diluted with another product we shouldn't be consuming.
Big whoop wheat and dairy free but genetically modified soybean oil is okay. I should have done more research, I won't make this mistake again. Do something good for yourself, don't buy this product.
